Girls on the Run Presented by IAAP: 5K Run/Walk

🎉 Join the Race

Join Girls on the Run as we complete our Fall 2025 season! Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Completing the 5K gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.

This event is open to the public—all are welcome to join!

💵 Event Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: $30
• Fees Increase: $35 starting October 24, $40 on race day
• No Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Overall M&F Winners + M&F Masters, 10 Year Age Groups for first 3 M&F
• Award Basis: Overall winner awards will be based on gun time
• Award Duplication: No duplication of awards

📦 Packet Pick-up

• PPU #1: Wednesday, November 12, 3pm-7pm at the Girls on the Run office: 10227 McAllister Fwy., Ste. 101, San Antonio, TX 78216
• PPU #2: Friday, November 14, 4pm-7pm. Location TBD

⚠️ Important Note

NOTE: All girls registered in the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program this fall will pick up their race packets from their coaches on race day only. Please do not pick up your girl's packet at early packet pick-up.
