Girls on the Run Presented by IAAP: 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️ Join Girls on the Run!

Join Girls on the Run as we complete our Fall 2025 season! Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Completing the 5K gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.

This event is open to the public—all are welcome to join!

• 5K Run/Walk: $30
• October 24: $35
• Race Day: $40
• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued.

🏆 Awards

• Winners: Overall M&F Winners + M&F Masters
• Age Groups: 10 Year Age Groups for first 3 M&F
• Award Basis: Overall winner awards will be based on gun time.
• No Duplication: No duplication of awards.

• PPU #2: November 14, 4pm-7pm at iRun at the Dominion: 22211 I-10 West, # 1107A, San Antonio, TX 78256

⚠️ Important Note

All girls registered in the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program this fall will pick up their race packets from their coaches on race day only. Please do not pick up your girl's packet at early packet pick-up.
