🏃‍♂️ SARR Fall Off-RoadRunners Training Program

We have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome!

📅 Program Dates

• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• End Date: October 25, 2025
• Goal Race: SARR Rocky Horror Trail Run

📏 Distance Options

• 53K / 27K: 12 week program for experienced trail runners: 53K must be able to run a trail half marathon (13.1 miles) comfortably.
• 10K / 5K: 8 week program for runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.

🏞️ Weekly Group Runs

• Schedule: Saturday 7:00am, Tuesday 6:30am, and Wednesday 6pm.
• Flexible Training: Schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
• Locations: Training on natural trails at Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon, and other local/state parks.
• Free Basebuilder: July 7 - Aug 3, 2025 for 53K / 27K participants.
