Event Details

Join us for our 15th Annual 5K Run/Walk May 1, 2026

Course

• 5K Night Race: Will go through Historic Downtown Wauchula.
• Finish Line: Awards ceremony will be held at Heritage Park on Main Street.
• Fun Run: 1 Mile Fun Run & Kids ½ Dash will loop around Downtown Wauchula.
• Finish Location: Both events will finish on Main Street.

Race Week Schedule

• Check-in: 5:30pm - 6:45pm at the Hardee County Courthouse.
• Kids ½ Dash: Starts at 6:00pm.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: Starts at 6:15pm (for all ages).
• 5K Start: Begins at 7:00pm, Awards approximately at 8:30pm.

Entry Fees

• Early Bird: $20 thru Dec 31st (T-Shirt Guaranteed).
• Pre-Registration: $25 thru April 18th (T-Shirt Guaranteed).
• Late Registration: $30 from April 19th - April 30th (T-Shirt not Guaranteed).
• Race Day: $35 (T-Shirt not Guaranteed).

• Online: Register online at Race Registration.
• Mail Entries: Send to SendMeMissions, 303 West Main Street Suite#3, Wauchula, FL 33873.

Register a Team

• Team Captain: Must register their team first.
• Awards: Given to Team with the most people and Fastest Team.

Packet Pick Up

• Pick Up: Teams & Individuals can pick up packets on April 29th from 10am - 6pm.
• Mail Option: Packets can be mailed for an additional $7.

Virtual Race

Participants can run or walk anywhere... in their neighborhoods, at home on a treadmill, in a park, or even on church grounds. Submit your times online between April 24-May 1.

Special Instructions

While headphones & baby strollers are permissible, pet animals are not allowed on the race route.

Awards

• Categories: 5K Overall male & female, masters, grand masters, senior grand masters, veteran grand masters, and 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in various age groups.
• Kids Events: Everyone receives a key chain medal for Kids ½ Dash, 1 Mile Fun Run, & Virtual Race.
