Welcome to the 17th Annual Bird Dog Breakaway. Join us for a day of running and walking to support children and families in need. This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever!

• 5K Run, 2 Mile Walk, and Kids' Runs:

  Featuring various running and walking options for participants of all ages.

• New Location and Enhanced Experience:

  Partnering with the Burke Co. Recreation Dept and Waynesboro YMCA for a larger event.

• Beneficiary:

  Proceeds will go towards Waynesboro Clinic Building Renovations to better serve special needs children and families.

Saturday, September 30, 2024, 8AM-2PM.

💵 EVENT FEES:

• 5K & 2 Mile Walk: $35
• Cross Country Teams 5K: $25 (groups of 10 or more)
• Derby Dash & Pup Trot: $25
• Adaptive (Special Needs) Race: FREE

📝 REGISTRATION & TIME:

Register online at runsignup.com or in person. Race day registration from 7:30AM-8AM.

• CHECK-IN: 7:30AM-8:00AM
• Race Start: 9AM
• Packet Pick-up: Oct 4th 2-5PM or on Race Day

🚗 PARKING AND ATM INFORMATION:

Parking available at Burke County Recreation Department & YMCA. ATMs at Walgreens and First National Bank.
