Event Overview
2026 brings in our 12th year of our 5K Honor Run/Walk and 10K Road Race - the only Road Race in La Crosse County - to honor those we may have lost to addiction, who are struggling in active addiction or those that are thriving in recovery!
About the Cause
- Impact: All of us have been touched in some way by addiction.
- Support: This run celebrates the real possibility of living a full and wholesome life free from the addiction cycle.
- Hope: Aim for the restoration of body-mind-soul and healed relationships.
- Objectives: Raise awareness of addiction, Coulee Recovery Center, and funds for recovery support.
Race Details
- Types of Races: Home Run for Recovery will be a 5K Run/Walk, 10K Road Race, and Little Leaguers race around the bases.
- Unique Feature: All races will begin at home plate of the Logger's Stadium.
- Participant Perks: Participants will receive a T-shirt with registration.
- Awards: Results split into age categories with top three men and women receiving awards.
Registration Information
- Dates: Registration is open from Monday, June 1st to Thursday, September 3rd at midnight.
- Costs: 10K - $35, 5K - $25, Little Leaguers Race - FREE.
- Race Day Cost: An additional $5 on race day for registration.
- Guaranteed T-shirt: Register by August 14th to secure your preferred t-shirt size.
Additional Activities
- Whiffle Ball: New this year! Volunteers will have whiffle ball equipment for kids during the races.
- Bib Pickup: Available on Friday, September 4th from 4-6pm at Coulee Recovery Center.
- Race Day Pickup: At Logger Stadium starting at 6:30am, cut off at 7:45am.
- Get Involved: Create a sign or video to honor someone you are running for and post it on our Facebook page!
