Race Overview
The Glenwood Rotary 10K, 5K Run/Walk, and Glenwood State Bank Magic Mile takes place on July 25, 2026 - the Saturday morning of the annual Waterama community festival in Glenwood, MN. Race participants will meet at the Glenwood City Park/Lakeside and be bussed to the race starting lines.
BUSSES LEAVE FOR THE STARTING LINES PROMPTLY AT 7:45 A.M.
Registration Information
- Registration Deadline: Participants must register by July 20, 2026, if they would like to guarantee a t-shirt. Registrations received after July 10 will receive t-shirts while supplies last.
- Fee Structure: Early bird registration fee for 5K and 10K is $35: Magic Mile is $15, with no processing fee.
- Late Registration: After July 10, 2026, the race fee for 5K and 10K is $40 + processing fee: Magic Mile is $20 + processing fees.
- Race Day Fees: Fees on packet pickup (July 20, 2026) and race day for 5K and 10K is $45: Magic Mile is $25.
Race Timing and Awards
- Timing: The race will be chip timed. Magic Mile participants will be timed using a basic stopwatch system.
- Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in a variety of age categories.
- Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.
- Planning: Registering early helps our teams plan resources appropriately, ensuring you receive a t-shirt in your size and enough busses and support staff for a safe, efficient race.
Packet Pickup
Race packet pick-up will take place on Friday, July 24, evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Pope County Museum parking lot or in the city park from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. on the morning of the race.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration will be available Friday, July 25 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Pope County Museum parking lot and on Saturday morning in Glenwood City Park from 6:40 a.m. to 7:20 a.m.
