Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025
Start Times: 7:30 A.M. for Half Marathon, 7:45 A.M. for 5K
Kids Race: FREE kids race immediately after the start of the 5K. Line up behind the 5K racers by 7:45 and listen for your own start!
Location: 118 North 9th Street, Mora, MN

🏅 Race Events

Events: 5K Run/Walk & 13.1 Mile Run, Free Kids Run
Registration: Online registration closes at 11:59 PM August 15th.
In Person Registration: Open at bib pick up from 5-7 p.m. on August 16th and 6:15-7 a.m. race day.
Shirts: Race shirts provided for all participants pre-registered by August 1, 2025.

Certification: BOTH OUR HALF MARATHON & 5K COURSES ARE CERTIFIED!
Half Marathon Course: Certified half marathon course. Marked with orange footprints.
5K Course: Certified 5K course. Marked with green footprints.

📝 Registration Information

In-Person Registration: Friday 5-7 p.m. & Saturday 6:15-7:00 a.m.
Bib Pickup: Pre-registered bib pick up Friday 5-7 p.m. & Saturday 6:15-7:00 a.m. (until 7:15 for the 5K).
Location: Athletic complex behind Mora Elementary & Mora High School. Access on Friday at 2100 N Grove St and on Saturday at 118 N 9th Street.

💰 Entry Fees

Early Bird Registration: Until March 1st: $40 for half marathon and $25 for 5K.
Awards: Trophies for top overall finishers and medals for age group finishers in both races.
Local Awards: Medals for top local (Kanabec County) overall male and female finishers in the Half and 5K.

⏰ Timing Information

Official timing for the half marathon will end 3 hours and 15 minutes after the start (15 minute per mile pace). You are welcome to complete your race if you are on the course past then: however, there will no longer be support, timing, or water stops available.
