Lake Placid Marathon and Half and 10K

🏃‍♂️Race Overview

• Date: June 14, 2026
• Start Time: 8am
• Cutoff Time: 2pm for both Marathon and Half
• 10K: Runs concurrently with the Marathon and Half

🏞️Course Details

• Half Marathon: A single loop out and back
• Marathon: A double out and back
• Location: Both races begin/end on Main St. in Lake Placid at the Olympic Speedskating Oval
• Scenery: Enjoy mountain views, open areas, shaded areas, a class III trout stream, and beautiful Mirror Lake

🚰On-Course Support

• Aid Stations: Well-stocked aid stations available
• Course Limit: Generous six (6) hour limit for each race
• Post-Race: Athlete food at the Race Finish
• Finisher Gifts: Quality finisher medal and a 2026 race T-shirt

📄Registration Information

• Age Restrictions: Marathon limited to those 16 years and older
• Parent's Signature: Required in person at registration for competitors under 18
• Charity Component: Entry fees support local and global charities
• Insurance: We encourage purchasing event insurance for unforeseen circumstances
