Race Overview
Join the Sullivan County High School Athletic Booster Club this summer for the Annual Griffin 5K Run/Walk! A 3.1 mile, relatively flat course around scenic Lake Mokoma on pavement, gravel, and trail surfaces. There will be a water stop at the halfway point. Refreshments will be provided at the finish, as well as medical services on-site.
Location
- Where: Lake Mokoma, Laporte - Sullivan County, PA.
- Elevation: Lake Mokoma is nestled in the heart of the Endless Mountains in Sullivan County, PA at an elevation of 1,750 feet, near the county seat of Laporte.
- Starting Point: Race starts at Lake Mokoma Beach Parking Lot (look for signs).
Registration
- Race Day Registration: Available from 7:30 - 8:00 AM.
Fees
- Pre-Registered Cost: $25 includes a t-shirt if registered by July 7th.
- Sullivan County Student Cost: $20 for High School/Elementary Students registered by July 7th.
- Day of Race Cost: $30 for everyone on the day of the race or received July 8th and later.
Awards
Trophies for the Overall Male and Female as well as medals for the top 3 Male and Female in age groups 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
