🐾 Event Overview

Love those 4-legged friends of ours? Have a soft spot for rescue animals? Or just want to get some exercise? This event is for you!

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

Join us for our fourth annual 6-legged 5K! Run or walk, with or without your furry friend for a festive Halloween themed event. Registration comes with a Howl-O-Ween 5K sweatshirt, participation medal and race bib. You do not need a dog or costume to participate but we highly encourage both!

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given to the overall top male and female finishers. The top male and female finishers in the following age groups will also receive an award:

• Age Group 1: 14 & under
• Age Group 2: 15-19
• Age Group 3: 20-29
• Age Group 4: 30-39
• Age Group 5: 40-49
• Age Group 6: 50-59
• Age Group 7: 60-65
• Age Group 8: 66+

🐶 Guidelines for Dogs

If you do bring your 4-legged friend along, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Responsibility: You are responsible for the actions of your dog.
• Leash: Dogs must be leashed at all times.
• Leash Length: Leashes must not exceed 8 feet.
• Behavior: No dogs with known aggressive behavior toward other dogs or people may participate.
• Politeness: Be polite: pick up and dispose of dog feces.

💰 Registration Information

Pre-registration (before September 27): $35

Regular Registration (September 28 - October 18): $40

Online registration is open until 8:00am Saturday, October 18, 2026.

Please note that any registrations after September 27, 2026 are not guaranteed a sweatshirt or their requested size on race day.
