👕 Shirt Information
- Shirt Availability: Sold out, not guaranteed for registrations after 12 noon on 11/2.
- Leftover Shirts: May be available after the event on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration Incentive: First 300 registrants will receive a race shirt.
- Awards: Overall and age group award winners will receive a HERO 5K pint glass.
🚶♂️ Race Day Instructions
- Arrival: Enter from Paramus Road, go straight through the circle to Parking Lot A.
- Parking: After parking, walk through the college to Parking Lot C (5-minute walk).
- Check-In: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM: bag drop available.
- Kids 1K Start Time: 9:30 AM, with check-in next to the bounce house in the Kids Village.
👦 Kids 1K Fun Run
- Eligibility: Open to all kids under 7 years old.
- Course: 1K loop around the parking lot, finishing at the official finish line.
- Perks: Every registered child receives a customizable cape and a finishers medal.
- Kids Village: Opens at 7:30 AM for fun activities.
🎖️ Awards and Support
- Overall Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers.
- Age Group Awards: Top 3 in each age category: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 plus.
- Proceeds: All funds raised go to support the Veterans of Bergen Community College.
- Event Confirmation: This is a 2024 Grand Prix Event.

- Packet Pick-Up: Early packet pick-up will be held the Friday before the event: details to follow.
- Kids 1K Pick-Up: No early pick-up for the kids: they will receive capes on race day.
