On Sunday, September 7, 2025, the Borough of Englewood Cliffs will be hosting the 8th Annual EC 5K run rain or shine through the streets of Englewood Cliffs. The 5 km (3.1 mile) course will be a USATF measured and timed race with the funds raised going to support Englewood Cliffs Recreation. The day will also include a Fun Run.

🏅Race Information

For the 5K race starting at 9:00 AM, medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group as well as the overall male and female winners of the race.

• Course: Fast and flat, great for personal best times.
• Friends and Family: A wonderful opportunity to enjoy with loved ones.

📝Registration Information

• 5K Pricing: $25 through July 31st: $20 for students (17 and under) through July 31st.
• 5K Late Pricing: $35 from August 1st through Sep 5th: $25 for students (17 and under) from August 1st through Sep 5th.
• 5K Race Day Pricing: $40 on race day: $30 for students (17 and under) on race day.
• Fun Run: $15 through race day.

$2 Discount for Seniors (62 and older): $3 Discount for active USATF members.

Online registration will close at 12pm (noon) on September 6th.

🏆Awards

Champion medals will be given to the top male and female finisher. Additionally, the top 3 in each age group will receive medals.

• Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• Fun Run Participants: Medals for all participants.
