The 1-Mile Challenge:

• Bear Crawl: First lap (400m) fitness movement
• Burpee Broad Jumps: Second lap (400m) fitness movement
• Walking Lunges: Third lap (400m) fitness movement
• Running: Final lap (400m)

💰 Registration Details

Individual Registration:

• Cost: $25

Team Registration:

• Teams: Individual or Team of 2, 4, or 8
• Payment: First person registers and pays for the entire team
• Team Members: Join the team at no additional charge
• Communication: Coordinate with team for payment
