Freedom Ride Animal Rescue 5k Fun Run & 1 Mile Walk & Wag

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: Saturday, October 11th, 2025
• Location: First Christian Church, 514 N Sunny Ln, Monmouth, IL 61462
• Start Times: 5K at 9am, 1 Mile Walk & Wag at 9:30am
• Packet Pickup: Available on Race Day after 8am

🐾 Event Details

• Medals: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in the 5K for Men, Women, and 17 & Under Divisions
• Special Prizes: Prize for the 1st dog across the finish line and the top Virtual 5K finisher
• Pets: Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome
• Children: Kids 6 years old and under can participate in the 1 Mile Walk for free with a registered adult

💵 Registration Fees

• 5K: $25 before September 6th, 2024 to guarantee your t-shirt on race day
• 1 Mile Walk: $20 before September 6th, 2024 to guarantee your t-shirt on race day
• Restrooms: On-site facilities will be available

🌐 Virtual Participation

• New Addition: Participate virtually if you live out of state or are busy
• Registration: Opens September 26th through October 10th
• Time Submission: Submit your time to freedomrideanimalrescue@gmail.com by October 10th, 2025 at 11:59pm
• Results: Posted on our Facebook page and website
