Welcome to the Virtual Little Colorado River Gorge Half Marathon & 10K

Registration

• Online Registration: Online registration for the LCR Half Marathon and 10K will be open through the race weekend of February 7th and 8th.
• Mailing: Race packets and awards will now be mailed to all participants.

Location

• Virtual Race: The LCR Half Marathon and 10K will now be a virtual race, participants can Race Anywhere!
• RaceJoy App: Using the RaceJoy app, participants can now race at any location.
• Local Option: Individuals that are local can still run this race at the LCR park or any other trail of their choosing.

Packet Pick-Up

• Mailing Packets: Race Packets and awards will now be mailed to your address on file.
• Included Items: We will mail you a packet with the race t-shirt, finisher's medal, sports towel, sticker and koozie.
• Address Update: Please ensure your RunSignUp address is current and deliverable.

RaceJoy

• Download: Download here.
• Tracking: RaceJoy is a GPS-based tracking app that follows your progress in real-time as you run your race.
• Live Phone Tracking: This is not an estimator and is based on the actual position of the participant's phone.
• GPS Progress Alerts: Receive alerts at EVERY MILE, including location, pace, elapsed time and estimated finish time.
• Cheers: Your family and friends can send motivational, pre-recorded audio cheer clips or personalized Text-to-Cheer messages.
• Virtual Results Submission: Using RaceJoy for a Virtual Race? Your results will be automatically submitted to the race.

Course

• Virtual Race: Participants can race anywhere using the RaceJoy app.
• Distance: Runners complete a 13.1 mile or 6.2 trail run at the location of your choosing on February 7 or 8.

Awards

• Competitive: Even though the race is now virtual, it is still competitive and we will still do awards.
• Top Finishers: Top two female and male runners in both races will receive overall plaque awards.
• Age Group Awards: Age group winners will receive medallions.
• Mailing Packs: We will mail the packets after the race to include overall and age group awards.
