🏃♂️ Race Overview
We’re excited to welcome young runners ages 7–14, no matter their experience level. This session focuses on building endurance, improving form, and making running fun and rewarding for everyone.
🎉 Registration Benefits
- Included Races: Entry into a few exciting local races: Kids' Bloomin' Mile (May 1), Loudoun Street Mile (May 25), Glow All Out 5K (July 17), and $10 off the Sherando Youth Triathlon (August 2).
- Skills Development: Throughout the season, we'll work on proper running technique, dynamic stretching, pacing strategies, and teamwork.
🥤 What to Bring
- Running Shoes: Participants should wear proper running shoes.
- Water: Bring water to stay hydrated.
- Healthy Snack: A healthy snack to stay fueled during practice.
