🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

We’re excited to welcome young runners ages 7–14, no matter their experience level. This session focuses on building endurance, improving form, and making running fun and rewarding for everyone.

• Entry: into a few exciting local races including Kids' Bloomin' Mile (May 1)
• Entry: into the Loudoun Street Mile (May 25)
• Entry: into the Glow All Out 5K (mid July)

👟 Training Focus

Throughout the season, we'll work on proper running technique, dynamic stretching, pacing strategies, and teamwork.

💧 What to Bring

Runners should bring running shoes, water, and a healthy snack to stay fueled during practice.
