🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

We’re excited to welcome young runners ages 7–14, no matter their experience level. This session focuses on building endurance, improving form, and making running fun and rewarding for everyone.

🎉 Registration Benefits

• Included Races: Registration includes entry into a few exciting local races: Kids' Bloomin' Mile (May 1), Loudoun Street Mile (May 25), Glow All Out 5K (mid July) and $10 off the Sherando Youth Triathlon (early August).
• Focus Areas: Throughout the season, we'll work on proper running technique, dynamic stretching, pacing strategies, and teamwork.

🍏 What to Bring

• Footwear: Runners should bring running shoes.
• Hydration: Water is essential to stay hydrated.
• Nutrition: A healthy snack is recommended to stay fueled during practice.
