Register now for the APRIL 26, 2025 SPRING DASH in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This event is an annual fundraiser for United Way of North Idaho and has been a staple of the regional running scene since 1982. We are excited to bring extra features to the event that make it one of the best running values around.

👶 Youth and Discounts

• Youth Discount: Available for ages 16 and under in 5K and 10K
• Eco-Friendly Discount: Get $5 off for eco-friendly no shirt selection
• Qualifying Event: 10K is a Bloomsday Run second seed qualifier
• Tot Trot: For kids ages 10 and under

* You must register on or before April 1st for a guaranteed shirt. Personalized race bibs are provided to those who register on or before April 13th.

Online registration for all events closes Friday, April 25th at 7:00PM. THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
