Register now for the APRIL 25, 2026 SPRING DASH in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This event is an annual fundraiser for United Way North Idaho and has been a staple of the regional running scene since 1982. We are excited to bring extra features to the event that make it one of the best running values around.

* You must register on or before April 1st for a guaranteed shirt. Personalized race bibs are provided to those who register on or before April 13th.
Online registration for all events closes Friday, April 24th at 7:00PM. THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
