Event Overview

• Course Type: European style cross country with hay bales on grass, dirt, and asphalt.
• Loop Structure: The 5K is two loops: the 1.5 Mile course is one loop.
• Start Location: Near Ramada #10 at Reid Park, near 22nd Street and Country Club Road.
• Stroller Compatibility: Strollers are welcome with designated lanes to bypass hay bales: course is hilly and primarily grass/dirt.

Registration Information

• T-Shirt Availability: Cotton T-Shirts in unisex, women's, and youth options, given on a first come, first served basis.
• Team Division: Top 4 times from each team (up to 7 members) will determine the best team times: top two women's and men's teams receive awards.
• Packet Pick-Up: At The Running Shop on specific dates leading up to the race: in-person registration available on race day.
• Race Day Registration: Opens at 7am on race morning at the start location.

Awards Information

• 5K Awards: Overall winners for both women and men receive Brooks running shoes. Age group awards range from 10 and under to 85 and over.
• Non-Binary Awards: Top three overall registered Non-Binary runners in the 8:55am race will receive awards.
• Fun Run Awards: All finishers receive a ribbon.
• Age Group Awards: Thanksgiving themes prizes for first place, pies for second place, and medals for third place.

Beneficiary and Donation Information

• Charity: The race benefits Toys for Tots, Team Hoyt Arizona, and the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
• Donation Opportunity: Participants can bring new, unwrapped toys for donation.
• Drop-Off Locations: Toys can be dropped off at The Running Shop and on race morning at Reid Park.
• Community Involvement: Participation in the event supports local charities and families in need.
