Race Overview
- Course Type: European style cross country course with hay bales on grass, dirt, and a little asphalt.
- Race Distances: 5K with separate men and women's races, and a 1.5 Mile Fun Run.
- Course Loops: 5K is two loops: 1.5 Mile is one loop.
- Starting Point: Near Ramada #10 at Reid Park, accessible from 22nd Street and Country Club.
Participation Guidelines
- Strollers: Welcome - course is hilly and mostly on grass and dirt: lanes provided to bypass hay bales.
- Dogs: Not allowed for safety reasons.
- Running in Opposite Gender Race: Results may take up to 48 hours to post, no awards eligibility.
T-Shirts and Awards
- T-Shirts: Cotton in unisex, women’s, and youth options: availability is first come, first serve.
- 5K Awards: Overall winners receive Brooks shoes: age group awards include Thanksgiving-themed prizes, pies, and medals.
- Fun Run Finishers: All finishers will receive a ribbon.
Team Division
- Team Composition: Up to 7 team members: top 4 times count for team results.
- Team Awards: Top two men's and women's teams will receive awards.
- Registration Deadline: Must be completed by November 25, 6:00 PM: no same-day sign-ups.
Packet Pickup
- Location: The Running Shop, 3055 N Campbell Ave #153, Tucson, AZ 85719.
- Pickup Dates: Saturday, 11/21/26 from 10 AM - 5 PM: Monday 11/23/26 - Wednesday 11/25/26 from 10 AM - 6 PM.
- Race Day Pickup: Begins at 7:00 AM at Ramada 10 at Reid Park.
Additional Information
- Charity Benefiting: Proceeds support Team Hoyt Arizona and Toys for Tots: donations of new toys appreciated.
- In-Person Registration: Available on Wednesday 11-25-26 or race morning from 7:00 AM.
