🏁 Race Details

• Type: This time chipped race will start and finish at Omni Amelia Island Resort Racquet Park, located next to the Verandah restaurant.
• Scenery: Enjoy a scenic run, meandering through the beautiful, tree-canopied resort.
• Participation: Running or walking is acceptable. No animals and bicycles on course.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Pre-Registration: Pre-registered participants can pick up race packets on Nov. 26th, 12pm-6pm at the Racquet Park conference room and on race day.
• Race Day Pickup: Packet pickup will take place on race day at race site from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

🕖 Event Schedule

• 6:30 a.m. – Registration Opens
• 8:00 a.m. – 5K Race Start
• 8:45 a.m. - Fun Run - no chip timing
• 9:00 a.m. – Awards Ceremony

🏆 Awards

Race charms for top overall male and female, and top 3 male and female age groups will receive awards. Age groups include:

• Categories: 10 &: under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

🚗 Parking

Parking is plentiful next to the race start location. The race starts and ends at the same location.

⏱️ Timing & Scoring

Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.

• Course Length: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• Timing Method: The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip.
• Registration Materials: Registration starts at 6:30 a.m. for all participants.
• Results Retrieval: Official results are provided by QR code for the top runners in each category.

• Refund Policy: We are unable to issue refunds. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks.
• Weather Policy: The race is a "rain or shine" event. Dress appropriately for the weather.
• Post-Race: An awards ceremony will take place after the race at the start/finish location.

• Emergency Assistance: Qualified emergency medical professionals are available at the start/finish lines.
• Pets Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed on the course for safety reasons.
• Strollers: Yes, you can participate with a stroller, but please start at the later part of the runners.
• Water Availability: Yes, bring your own water, but there will also be a water station on the course and at the finish.
