• Description: 2026 marks 17 years of the Holland Free Health Clinic's (HFHC) annual community fundraiser, Run for Your Life. The 5k fun run/walk is for participants of all ages and abilities and can be run or walked at any pace.

Costumes and Prizes

• Costumes: Participants are encouraged to use their creativity by dressing in Halloween costumes.
• Prizes: Awards will be given to the first male and female finishers and for the most creative costumes.
• Proceeds: Event proceeds support HFHC programs and services.

Registration Details

• Sign Up: By October 9 for guaranteed t-shirt.
• Price Increase: Price increases to $40 on October 19.
• Student Rate: $10 off with code: RFYLSTUDENT2026.
• Client Discount: HFHC clients can email mail@hfhclinic.org for a FREE registration.

Lil' Pumpkins Run

• Cost: $5 for kids 8 and under, will receive a medal for participating in this 2 block run at 8:45 am.
• Check-In: Children must check in at the registration table to receive their race bib.
• Parents: Welcome to run alongside their child.
• Activities: Lil Pumpkins will have access to fall-themed activity stations, including mini pumpkin decorating, scavenger hunt, donuts & cider, selfie station, and more!

Packet Pick-Up

• Date & Time: Friday, October 23rd from 3pm - 5pm at HFHC.
• Date & Time: Saturday, October 24th, 8:00am - 9:00am.
• Virtual Packets: Will also be emailed.
