Run For Your Life 5k

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date: 2025-10-25
• Location: 99 W 26th St, Holland, MI
• Event: 5K fun run/walk for participants of all ages and abilities, can be run or walked at any pace.
• Theme: Participants are encouraged to dress in Halloween costumes.

• Finisher Prizes: Awards for first male and female finishers and for most creative costumes.
• Support: Event proceeds support HFHC programs and services.

👶 Lil' Pumpkins Run

• Age Group: Free to kids 8 and under: participation earns a medal.
• Time: 2 block run at 8:45am.
• Check-In: Children must check in at the registration table to receive their race bib.
• Parent Participation: Parents are welcome to run alongside their child.

🎉 Activity Stations

• Fall Activities: Access to mini pumpkin decorating, scavenger hunt, snacks like donuts & cider.
• Selfie Station: A fun station for capturing memorable moments.
• More: Plenty of activities to enjoy!

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, October 24th from 3pm - 5pm at HFHC.
• Date: Saturday, October 25th, from 8:00am - 9am.
• Virtual Packets: Virtual packets will also be emailed.
