Banner Elk Fire Rescue will be hosting a run event to commemorate the anniversary of the September 11th attacks.

The race will take place on September 14, 2024, at 345 Shawneehaw Avenue, Banner Elk, NC.
🛤️ Race Details
- Distance: 3.43 miles in remembrance of the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11.
- Participants: Expected attendance of up to 150 community members.

After the run, participants are invited to join the Banner Elk Fire Department Open House!
