📅 About Fall N2 Fitness - General Race Info

• 15th Anniversary: This year's Fall N2 Fitness we are celebrating our 15th year of promoting The Branch Way - Loving to Learn. Learning to Lead. Leading with Love.
• Event Date: We are meeting at Pavilion 5 at Bear Creek Pioneers Park on November 17 for our annual timed 5k or untimed 1k fun run event.
• Online Registration: Ends November 13 at 11:59pm. After that, you can still register on race day!
• Registration Note: Online registration for the Sleep In option closes on 11/17.

👕 T-Shirt Deadline - SOLD OUT

• Sign Up by November 1: Be guaranteed to receive a COOL race shirt in your selected size.
• Limited Quantities: Shirts will be in limited quantities and sizes and may run out for late registrants.
• Onsite Registration: Will also be accepted on race day.
• Sponsor Totes: Limited quantities available. Registration after November 1 may result in not receiving a tote.

🏅 Custom Race Medal

• Medal for All: All runners in the 5k/1k race will receive a beautiful medal to commemorate our 15th year.
• Medal Availability: Medal not included in the sleep-in option, but you do still get to sleep in!
• Sponsorship Opportunity: Race Medal Sponsorship still available!

🎉 End of Race Celebration

• Foam Party: A fun celebration at the conclusion of the in-person race!

• Age Group Awards: Awards for 1st-3rd places, male and female in various age groups.
• Fundraising Awards: Students can set up a fundraising link through Run Sign Up to unlock prizes!
• Top Fundraiser: The top fundraiser will be announced to the school and receive a grand prize!

📦 Packet Distribution/Pick Up

• Friday Morning 11/15: During Branch School Drop off from 7:30-8:30am.
• Friday Afternoon 11/15: During Branch School Pick Up from 3:10-4:00pm.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Arrive by 7am to collect your packet.

🏁 Race Day Info

• Starting Location: The starting and finish lines are located at Pavilion 5 in Bear Creek Park.
• Access Directions: Access the park from Clay Road: other directions will be closed.
• Parking: Limited parking may require walking from Pavilion 2.
• Packet Pickup: Arrive early if picking up on race day!

🚶‍♀️ Group Warmup

• Warmup Time: We will be offering a group warmup at 7:30 am.
• Participation Encouraged: All racers are encouraged to join the warmup!

⏰ Race Start Times

• Timed 5K Start: The race will start promptly at 8:00 am. Bibs must be worn correctly.
• Untimed 1K Start: The race will start promptly at 8:15 am. Registration required but bib not needed.

🌧️ Weather Policy

• Event Status: This is a rain or shine event.
• Cancellation Protocol: If the park cancels for safety, it will convert to a virtual race.
