Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra

Event Overview

Set in scenic Little Bennett Regional Park, the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra is a timed trail ultra event with 5-Hour, 5-Hour Relay, 9-Hour, 9-Hour Relay, and "More Than a 4-Miler" options. This trail race offers the perfect setting for new and veteran trail runners to push their limits and achieve their new personal best.

All participants will complete the 4.4-mile loop through Little Bennett Regional Park in Clarksburg, MD. We’ll have a fully stocked aid station on the course with a variety of food and hydration options.

• Weather policy: Montgomery County Parks MNCPPC has the ultimate say over our event.
• Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather, the County can/will pull our event permit causing us to cancel the in-person event.
• Rain Date: Please note: THE 2026 RACE DOES NOT HAVE A RAIN DATE.
