Girls on Run Southern Colorado 5K

Event Overview

Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! This is a non-competitive event.

Times

• 8:00 AM: Bib Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens
• 9:00 AM: Coaches should arrive to meet their teams
• 9:15 AM: Girls should arrive to meet their teams
• 10:00 AM: Official 5K Start Time

Parking & Transportation

• Free Parking: Limited free parking across from the north end of the park off Cimino Dr.
• Additional Parking: Available off S. Sierra Madre St.
• Access: Use the Olympic Museum Bridge to access the park.
• Accessible Parking: Available along Cimino Dr.

Bib Pick-Up Information

• Team Bibs: Girls on the Run participants' bibs will be handed out by their coaches at their team signs on race day.
• Family Bibs: All family and community runner bibs can be picked up on Race Day starting at 8:00 AM.
• Coach Bibs: Coaches will pick up their teams' bibs from the pink GOTR tent on race day.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for this event.
• Insurance: Insurance is available through RunSignUp.
• Giveaway Items: The 5K giveaway items are on a first come, first served basis.

Race Details

Girls on the Run 5K events are celebratory, non-competitive races. Community Runners will NOT be timed. Come find your happy pace with us!
