Girls on Run Southern Colorado 5K

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! This is a non-competitive event.

⏰ Times

• 8 AM: Bib Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens
• 9 AM: Coaches should arrive to meet their teams
• 9:15 AM: Girls should arrive to meet their teams
• 10 AM: Official 5K Start Time

🅿️ Parking & Transportation

There is limited free parking across from the north end of the park off Cimino Dr. Additional Parking off S. Sierra Madre St. You can use the Olympic Museum Bridge to access the park. Accessible parking spaces will be available along Cimino Dr.

🎟️ Bib Pick-Up Information

Please note that Girls on the Run participants' bibs will be handed out by their coaches at their team signs on race day and cannot be picked up by parents/guardians.

All family and community runner bibs can be picked up on Race Day at the Bib Pick Up tents starting at 8 AM. Coaches will pick up their teams' bibs from the pink GOTR tent on race day.

Insurance is available through RunSignUp.

Please note that the 5K giveaway items are on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee you will receive an item for race day registration.

🎉 Event Details

Girls on the Run 5K events are celebratory, non-competitive races. Community Runners will NOT be timed. Come find your happy pace with us!
