🥇 Race Details

• Race Types: Timed 5K and 10K races, and an untimed free run for kids.
• Course: The 5K and 10K races are held on the Apple Capital Loop Trail along the Wenatchee riverfront.
• Kids Race: Held on a short course near the grounds of Pybus Public Market.
• Inclusivity: Strollers and leashed dogs are permitted.

🎉 Charitable Giving

• Sponsor Recognition: Special thanks to Presenting Sponsor, Wenatchee Valley Medical Group and Gold Sponsors, Cordell Neher & Co. and Cashmere Valley Bank.
• Fundraising: Every dollar from registration fees supports the Give NCW campaign, benefiting numerous nonprofit organizations in NCW.
• Campaign Duration: The giving campaign starts Thanksgiving Day through Dec. 31.
• Race Proceeds: Shared among participating nonprofit organizations.

👗 Costume Contest

• Best Dressed Individual: $500 Giving Card awarded.
• Best Dressed Group: $1,000 Giving Card awarded.

🐾 Dog Participation

• Registration: Enter your canine companion during the registration process.
• Donation: An extra $5 donation for a Turkey Trot bandana (available for the first 150 to register).
• Special Prize: Chance to win a Gift Basket from Firehouse Pet Shop.

📍 Event Logistics

• Race Location: Both races start and finish on the trail behind Pybus Public Market.
• Kids Race Location: Held in the boat launch parking lot behind Pybus Public Market.
• Start Times: 9:00am kids race: 9:15am 10K: and 9:30am 5K.
• Youth Entry: Youth 12 years and younger can run untimed for free in the 5K with a paid adult.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Wednesday, Nov 26th from 2:00pm-8:00pm at Pybus Public Market.
• Race Day Pickup: Thursday, Nov 27 7:00am-8:45am inside Pybus Public Market.
• Registration: There will be NO DAY OF REGISTRATION.

🧦 Swag

• Incentive: The first 750 paid registrants will receive a pair of commemorative Turkey Trot socks.

🚰 Aid Stations

• Location: Two aid stations - one at the 5K turnaround and one at the 10K turnaround.
• Supplies: Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade.
• Restroom Facilities: Porta potties located at the start/finish, not along the course.
