❗ Registration Information

• Registration Status: Registration on RunSignup has closed.
• Alternative Registration: Please go to https://register.chronotrack.com/r/83826.

👥 Group Rates and Teams

• Group Discount: 5k Group rates are available - register four or more people at the same time for a discount of $5.00 per person.
• Discount Deadline: Multi-person discount ends November 23rd.
• Team Participation: You can create a new team or join an existing team to participate in the biggest team challenge.
• Joining Teams: Last date to join a team is Sunday, November 24th.

📦 Packet Pick-up

• Pre-Race Pickup: Location is the Owasso Track building (Behind the Owasso High School, just east of the football stadium).
• Pickup Schedule: Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th - 10a-12p and 5p-7p at the Owasso Track and Cross Country Field House.
• Race Day Pickup: Available from 7:30am to 8:45am at the same location.
• Unclaimed Packets: If not picked up, items will be donated after Dec. 6th, 2024. There are no refunds.

👕 Shirt Information

• T-Shirt Size Guarantee: Register by Wednesday, Nov. 6th at midnight to guarantee your shirt size.
• No Exchanges: There will be no exchanging of shirt sizes at pickup or on race day.
• Limited Availability: Some shirts will be available for those who miss the deadline, but sizes are not guaranteed.
• Wrong Size Orders: There will be no exchanges for wrong size orders.

🏅 Prizes

• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each Gender/Age Group.
• Top Runners: Fastest 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Female runners will receive additional prizes.
• Prize Claiming: Winners must be present to receive prizes, as they will not be shipped.
• Participation Medal: All runners will receive a medal.

📢 More Information

As of October 20, 2024:

• Family Name on Shirt: Add your family name to our t-shirt design by making a $20 donation before Nov. 1st.
• Donation Options: Donations can be made at registration or separately. If made already, your name will be added automatically.
• Canned Food Drive: Bring 2-3 non-perishable food items for Owasso Community Resources to drop off at packet-pickup or on race day.
• Most Needed Items: Peanut butter, Mac & cheese, Spaghetti sauce, Canned or dried beans, Canned fruits, Cereal, Rice.
