Event Details
- Start Time: 9 AM with a rolling start until all runners clear the starting area.
- Timing: Runners will be chip-timed from start to finish.
- Walking: Walkers will start at 9 AM after the last runner.
- Organizer: Presented by Whitehall Area Rotary.
Awards
- Overall M&F Prizes: 1st place $100: 2nd $50: 3rd $25.
- Age Group Awards: Top Two in each age group 19 and under: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70 and over.
Entry Fees
- Runners: $35 until 11/19/2026, $40 thereafter.
- Walkers: $20 until 11/19/2026, $25 thereafter.
- Shirt Guarantee: Shirts guaranteed for registered participants by 11/15/2026.
- Cooler Bag: Option to receive a shopping cooler bag instead of a shirt.
Packet Pick-Up
- Date: Friday, December 4th, at the American Club from 4-6 PM.
- Morning Pick-Up: Available starting at 7:30 AM on race day.
Amenities
- Course: 8K course is flat and fast: starts below the embankment on the IRT at the Coplay Pavilion and ends at American Club.
- 5K Course: Flat, dog and stroller friendly.
- Food: Hot dogs, soups, and hot chocolate station.
- Fun Activities: Santa will be present, free reindeer food for all kids.

- Timing: Professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co.
- Results Location: Available at Bryn Mawr Racing.
