🍗 Race Overview

• Come "Move your feet before you eat” this Thanksgiving, and join one of the fastest-growing holiday traditions nationwide!!
• The Murray Business Lions Club is pleased to announce our 9th annual Turkey Trot 5k Run or Walk.
• Last year’s event: had 460 runners.
• Please help us make 2025’s race the largest yet!

🥧 Event Details

• On the morning of the event, we will give away traditional pies.
• Trophies will be given to the first male and female finishers, the first male and female master finishers, and the grandmaster male and female finishers.
• Awards: First, Second, and Third Age division awards will be given out based on different age categories.
• There will also be awards for the largest corporate, club, and family teams.

🏆 Special Awards

• We have trophies for the Tallest runner, the shortest runner, the oldest runner, and the youngest runner.
• Award for the runner who has traveled the longest distance to attend our 5K race.
• Awards for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for best costumes.
• We encourage everyone to “dress up” for the occasion.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Packet pickup will begin: on Monday, the week of the race event.
• Packet Pick-Up Location: Link to race packet info
• Packet Pickup Times: Monday, November 24th, Tuesday, November 25th, Wednesday, November 26th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Professional timer: Mid-South Race Timing will be the professional chip timer for this year's event.
