Join us for the 5th Annual Muddy River Marathon on May 2, 2026. The course highlights many landmarks in Cape Girardeau including the Bill Emerson Bridge, Common Pleas Courthouse, Dalhousie Golf Course, Old St. Vincent's Church and more, as well as finishing along the Missouri Wall of Fame Mural.

• Landmarks: The course features sights such as the Bill Emerson Bridge and Common Pleas Courthouse.
• Terrain: The course is relatively flat utilizing roadways and paved trails.
• Finish Line: Celebrate your accomplishment with a finish along the Missouri Wall of Fame Mural.

Proceeds benefit local non-profits who work to improve the health and wellbeing of those living in the region. Thanks to our sponsors and participants, we have been able to give over $70,000 to local non-profits since the Muddy River Marathon's inception.
