Russell Forest Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Russell Forest Run is a race that carries runners on a certified course over sand, clay, and gravel roads that were designed for runners, bicycles, and electric cars.

📍 Course Details

• Starting Point: The scenic route will start at Russell Crossroads.
• Route Highlights: Runners will pass near Kob’s Knob, up to Heaven, and back to the finish line near The Stables at Russell Crossroads.
• Distance: There are two race distances - 10K and 5K.
• Timing: The 10K will start promptly at 7:45am with a machine gun blast from the Town Green, followed by the 5K soon after.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

Of course the finish line is near The Stables, the home of our post-race party, where you'll find our World Famous Grits Bar, live music and more!

📅 Packet Pickup

• Dates: Packet Pickup for both runs is on Friday, February 21st and Saturday, February 22nd.
• Location: Pickup at The Discovery Center in Russell Crossroads.
• Directions: Please follow the registration signs.
• Important: Please be aware that there are no pets allowed on the course during the Russell Forest Run.
