Russell Forest Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Russell Forest Run is a race that carries runners on a certified course over sand, clay, and gravel roads that were designed for runners, bicycles, and electric cars. The scenic route will still start at Russell Crossroads, and will still take runners near Kob’s Knob, up to Heaven, and back to the finish line near The Stables at Russell Crossroads.

⏰ Race Details

• 10K Start Time: 7:45am with a machine gun blast from the Town Green at Russell Crossroads.
• 5K Start Time: Begins at the Town Green after the 10K starts.
• Finish Line: Near The Stables, home of the post-race party.
• Post-Race Party: Enjoy our World Famous Grits Bar, live music, and more!

📅 Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup for both runs is Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th at The Discovery Center in Russell Crossroads. Please follow the registration signs.

🚫 Course Regulations

Please be aware that there are no pets allowed on the course during the Russell Forest Run. Yes we all love our fur babies, but for their safety and for runner safety, we ask you to leave them at home!
