• Location: Our start/finish is on Main St in front of the theatre.
• Timing: This will ensure that you get a "net" time.
• Chip Mat: This year we’ve added a second chip mat to cover both sides of the road.

• Material: We will have a poly/blend shirt.
• Size Guarantee: The size guarantee ends 11/15.
• Inventory: With tariffs and shipping costs, we may not have any left after our 800-piece order.
• Order Deadline: We must order them by Nov 12 to ensure inventory.

• History: The Stratford Turkey Day Trot has become one of the largest events of its kind in the area, averaging over 800 people each year.
• Support: Thanks to the tremendous support from the Stratford Police, EMS, Public Works & Fire Departments.
• Registration: Avoid pre-Thanksgiving stress by picking up shirts & bibs early.
• Pickup Location: Riverview Bistro on Ferry Blvd in Stratford.

📅 Registration Information

• Late Fees: Late registration fees increase and are ONLINE ONLY—No paper entries.
• Pricing: Register early for the lowest fees!
• Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, 3rd will be awarded for various age groups.
• Registration Closure: We close registration at 1000 participants.

🏆 Awards

• Champions: Male & Female Champions will receive separate awards.
• Pick Up: Awards should be picked up after you finish, distributed near the finish/theatre area.
• No Formal Ceremony: We will not have a formal ceremony for award distribution.

🎉 Post Party

• Cibus Dos: Open 7am-11am serving TAPPAS and beverages.
• Pregame Specials: Sports bar featuring various drink specials.

🚦 Parking

• Convenience: The start and finish are within 200 yards of the Stratford Railroad Station.
• Towing: There is NO PARKING on the 5K course: police will tow.

⚠️ Weather Policy

• Event Policy: The event is held rain or shine, with policies in place for severe weather.
• No Refunds: No refunds can be given if the event is delayed, postponed, or canceled due to weather.
