• Event Name: 4th Annual Summer Sendoff 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk
• Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025
• Location: Pickering Valley Elementary School and Eagle Crossroads Park, Chester Springs, PA
• Course: The 5K "Byers Loop" Course has been conquered by young runners and local elites!

• Premier Timing: Proud to announce 2L Race Services RETURNS as the Premier Timing Company
• Registration: $30 Early Registration NOW OPEN!
• Event Times:
  • 4:30 PM: Race Day Registration Opens
  • 6:00 PM: Event Kick-Off & 1 Mile
  • 7:00 PM: 5K Run
• Rain or Shine: The event will be held regardless of weather conditions.

• Previous Impact: The 2024 Summer Sendoff proudly donated over $2,000 to BEST BUDDIES!
