Race Overview

Join us on Saturday December 13th for a fun and festive, family-friendly 5K run and walk in the town of Superior - conveniently located off Highway 36 between Denver and Boulder. Get a head start on the holiday season with the Stocking Run!!!

Venue Highlights

• New Location: Last year, we moved the Stocking Run to an all new venue on Main Street in Superior.
• Course Info: The brand new course that was fast and fun (elevation gain will be approximately 100 feet spread out over 3.1 miles)!
• Success: The new location and course was a big success!!!
• Winter Festival: The race kicks off Superior's December 13th Winter Festival, offering fun for the entire family!

Racing Underground Winter Running Series

• Series Info: This is the first race in the Racing Underground Winter Running Series.
• Upcoming Races: The series includes the Stocking Run 5K in December, the Yeti Chase 5K/10K in January, and the Ralston Creek Half-Marathon & 5K in February.
• Series Options: Choose from the 5K-5K-5K series or the 5K-10K-Half Marathon Series.

• December 12: 2pm-5pm - Early packet pickup at Runners Roost Louisville (459 S. McCaslin Blvd. Louisville, CO 80027)
• December 13: 8:30 a.m. - Race-Day Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens
• Race Start: 10:00 a.m. - 5K Run Starts
• Awards Presentation: 10:45 a.m. - Awards Presentation*

Winter Running Series Awards

• Finisher Awards: Series Finisher Awards to all runners who finish all three series races.
• Overall Awards: Overall Awards to the top finisher in each series age category.

Registration Information

Your entry fee includes entry into the race, a Stocking Run t-shirt in adult and youth size shirts, fun music, post race munchies including Jill's famous home baked banana chocolate chip bread. (series entrants get one shirt for each race)

More Information

The Superior Stocking Run is the first event in the Racing Underground Winter Running Series. The Series also includes the Yeti Chase 5k & 10k in January, and the Ralston Creek Half Marathon & 5k in February. A 5k-5k-5k series and a 5k-10k-half marathon series are offered.
