- Trail Marathon: Follows the Half Marathon course, taking you through Echo Bluffs State Park and Current River State Park, completing the Half Marathon Course x2.
- Trail Half Marathon: Follows the 15k course, providing a scenic journey through Echo Bluffs State Park and Current River State Park.
- 15k: Features breathtaking views of the parks with 360-degree vistas of the bluffs, single track trail, colorful vegetation, and the Current River.
- 10K: Offers stunning views of rolling hills with fast, enjoyable trails near the beautiful lodges and cabins in Echo Bluffs State Park.
- 5K: A great distance to get your feet on the trails and enjoy nature, whether running or hiking.
- Little Bluffs 1 Mile Kid's Fun Run: Bring the kiddos for a 1 Mile Fun Run where all children receive a medal, bib, and special gift.
