💵 ENTRY FEES

• Fun Run: Trot, walk, jog, or run 2 miles... It's all for fun!
• Early Bird Discount: 2 Mile Pre-Registered Entry Fee = $20 (must register by September 30)
• Standard Fee: 2 Mile Pre-Registered Entry Fee = $25
• Race Day Entry: 2 Mile Race Day Entry Fee = $30 (cash/check only)
• Kids Fun Run: Also featuring the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot Kids Fun Run!! Kids run will be FIRST at 9:00, followed by the main run around 9:15.
• Kids Fun Run Entry: Kids Fun Run Entry Fee = $10
• Shirt Fees: Please add $1 for XXL and $2 for XXXL shirts.

⏰ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• Pre-Race Registration: Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 10 - 2 PM at Hope FM, 3419 St. Johns Ave, Palatka, FL 32177
• Race Day Registration: Thursday, November 27, 2025, 8:00 - 9:00 AM at Riverfront Park.
• Kids Fun Run Start: 9:00 AM
• 2 Mile Race Start: Immediately following, likely 9:15 AM

🏅 AWARDS

• Event Type: The Trot for HOPE will be a non-competitive, non-scored, fun, festive holiday event: be sure to look at the display clock when you finish, for your time.
• Finisher's Medal: All finishers will receive a finisher's medal as they cross the finish line.
• Top Finishers: Top 5 male and top 5 female finishers will receive a prize TBD.
• Tiny Tot Turkey Trot: The first five finishers of the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot will receive a prize TBD.

👥 TEAM COMPETITION

• Participation: Sign up with your church, school, business, club, or family to be eligible for the team competition.
• Team Prize: A prize will be awarded to the team with the most participants at the event: a Kona Ice Party for up to 50 people and a trophy!

🎁 AMENITIES

• Included: T-shirts, goody bag, post-race refreshments, event photos shared online.
• T-Shirt Availability: T-shirts in desired sizes available while supplies last. Register early to be sure to get one!
• Coffee: Day-of event coffee will be provided by Gem City Coffee.
