Packet Pickup

• Location: Hometown Sports, 201 E Church St, Ozark, MO 65721
• Date: 11/26 from 3 PM to 6 PM
• Also Available: Race morning on 11/28 from 7 AM to 8:15 AM

Registration Fees

• Children: Ages 12 and under - $15.00
• Adults: 5K - $30.00 until Nov 15th, $35.00 thereafter

Race Course

The course for the Turkey Scramble 5K begins at the front of the OC, traverses around the OC, and heads to the Ozark Vo-Tech Parking Lot. Runners will circle the building before proceeding down along the Finley River to The OC Trail, returning back to The OC. The course is mostly flat, offering a pleasant view of the river and the Ozark business district.

Awards and Prizes

• All Participants: Guaranteed T-shirt for registered runners/walkers by Nov 15th
• Finisher Medal: Awarded to all Turkey Scramble participants
• Overall Winners: Male & female 5K participants will receive a gift card and trophy
• Age Group Awards: Categories for 1st place in various age brackets from 10-u to 80-up

Special Events

• Pre-Race Celebration: Offers refreshments, awards, and door prize drawings for registered runners
• Costume Contest: Best costume to win one award
• 5K Doggie Division: 1st place male and female without age groups: pets must be leashed
• Out of Town 5K: A separate race for those unable to attend in person: send times by Nov 29th, 9 PM to 417Running@gmail.com

Community Support

A portion of the proceeds from the Turkey Scramble will benefit the Ozark community. The County Commissioner and Police Chief will distribute gift cards to patrons in Ozark, and funds will also support the 4C Sertoma adopt-a-kid for Christmas program.
