The 2025 Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk will take place on November 2 at 303 W Broad St, Columbus, OH.
Purpose of the Event
- Expansion: David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now”.
- Beneficiaries: The event now benefits the Alzheimer’s (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities.
- Goals: Total HealthWorks aims to improve brain health and serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions.
- Support: Proceeds will help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates.
Race Day Registration
We are going cashless on race day!
- Cashless: All race day registration will be cashless and done online (no cash transactions).
- Preparation: Please bring your smartphone and credit card for race day registration.
- Thank You: Thank you so much for your understanding.
- Registration: Friends planning to register on race day should also remember this policy.
T-Shirt Information
- Availability: We have our great, sought-after long-sleeve t-shirts again this year!
- Deadline: Register before October 14 to guarantee your desired size.
- First Come: After October 14, shirts will be first come / first served with sizes.
- Donations: Consider making a donation to help Total HealthWorks community-based free classes and scholarship fund.
