Total HealthWorks - Movin' It 5K Run/Walk for Parkinson’s

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The 2025 Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk will take place on November 2!

• Location: 303 W Broad St, Columbus, OH
• Purpose: The event benefits Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s (AD), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities.
• Goal: To improve brain health and support the Total HealthWorks gym with growth and updates.
• Community Impact: Funds will assist in starting more classes for those living with neurodegenerative conditions.

💳 Race Day Registration

We are going cashless on race day!

• Cashless Transactions: All race day registration will be done online (no cash transactions).
• What to Bring: Please bring your smartphone and credit card if registering on race day.
• Reminder: If you plan to register, ensure you have the necessary payment methods on hand.
• Thank You: We appreciate your understanding and support!

👕 Long-Sleeve T-Shirts

We have our great, sought-after long-sleeve t-shirts again this year!

• Registration Deadline: Register by October 20 to guarantee your t-shirt in your desired size!
• Availability: After October 20, shirts will be first come / first served.
• Donations: Consider making a donation beyond the registration fee to help with community-based free classes.
• Join Us: Come to beautiful Genoa Park (COSI) on Sunday, November 2, 2025!
