Trick-or-Trot 5k Fun Run

👟 Event Overview

Lace up those running shoes and join us for annual Trick-or-Trot fun run! The Marshall Area YMCA in partnership with the Marshall Farmer's Market are looking forward to seeing you at the start and finish line on October 25th! Dress up in your spookiest, funniest, and most creative costumes, and stick around after the race for festive fall activities and the last day of the Marshall Farmer's Market. It's the perfect way to get active and celebrate the season with your community!

💰 Proceeds Information

All race proceeds will go towards supporting Marshall Area YMCA Programs & Services.

💲 Pricing Information

• Individual & Family Pricing: We are now offering individual and family pricing! When registering for the race first add all your registrants - if you have 2-8 in your family scroll to the bottom and select the drop down under "Multi-Person Pricing" for a $5 discount per registrant.
• Early Bird Gets the Worm: August 25 - September 30: $30 [MUST REGISTER BY 9/30 TO RECEIVE THE GIVEAWAY]
• Regular Registration: October 1 - October 19: $35
• Late Registration: October 20 - October 25: $40

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

Pick Up will be organized October 25th (day of the race) 7-8:20am by Last Name. You will not be able to pick up your packet prior to this. You CAN have someone pick up your packet for you if you are unable to.

📝 Other Important Information

• YMCA Facilities: The Marshall Area YMCA will be open during its normal hours. The Lobby and Gymnasium will be available to warm up and wait for the race.
• Restroom Accessibility: There are bathrooms and locker rooms available for use.
• Giveaway Bags: There will be a limited number of canvas tote bags for those who did not register before the September 30th deadline, distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Race Guidance: The route will be guided by volunteers. Please do not make any turns until a volunteer guides you!

🎉 Race Day Details

The Trick-or-Trot 5k will begin at 8:30am. Please start lining up for the race around 8:20am. The race is a fun run, so it’s not chip timed, but there will be a timer at the finish line for you to reference. Walkers, strollers, and dogs on leashes are welcome. If you plan to walk the race, please be courteous of your fellow participants and line up near the back of the chute. This will allow those running for personal bests to get out of the chute quickly.
