🌲 About the Race

• Multi-surface: Perfect for trail runners looking for a challenge and road runners seeking a change of pace and scenery.
• Views: Experience beautiful views of Hualapai Mountain Park with elevation gains of 530+ feet.
• Route: The walk/run will cover the entire developed park, passing through Pine Basin, Recreation Areas 1 and 2, Summer Camp Loop, and Cabin Loop.
• Purpose: All proceeds go to replenish the park after the Flag Mine fire, which burned over 1,400 acres.

📅 Registration Details

• Type: 5k/10k Trail Walk/Run
• Age Limit: All ages welcome (minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
• Cabins: Available for the night before and night of the event: call (928)753-8611 to reserve.
• Fees: 5K $35.00: 10k $35.00

• Shirt: Unisex t-shirt (sizes guaranteed for registrations before November 9, 2024).

☔ Event Policies

• Rain or Shine: The race will be held in all weather conditions. No refunds.
• Shirts: Not guaranteed for race day sign-up.
• Dogs: Leashed dogs are allowed but must remain on a leash throughout the event.
• Parking: Plenty of free parking available inside the park grounds.

🏆 Awards

• Ceremony: Held after all winners finish and times are validated.
• Categories: Awards for overall 1st-3rd place male and female for specific age groups.
• Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Overall Finishers: Awards for overall male and female finishers.

• Pre-Race: November 15, 2024, from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at The Creative Cottage, 534 East Beale Street, Kingman, AZ 86401.
• Race Day: November 16, 2024, from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM at Hualapai Mountain Park Rec Center 1, 6250 Hualapai Mountain Road, Kingman, AZ 86401.
• Course: Most of the course is paved, with some dirt and possible loose rocks.
