Event Description

• Challenge: The Redbud Trail Challenge is a grueling Trail Hike/Run to benefit Ohio Wilderness Boys Camp (OWBC).
• Course Options: Participants can choose between a 5K or 10K trail course.
• Location: The event takes place on OWBC’s rugged 600 acre forested property in Southeast Ohio.
• Experience: The trail will include unique features like crossing the “Nehemiah” suspension bridge and vast boulders.

Course Details

• Refreshment Stations: There will be 3 refreshment/first aid stations along the course (2 on the 5K).
• Elevation Gain: The 10K features over 1,700' of elevation gain and a mix of technical and old logging trails.
• Family Friendly: The 5K is less rugged, making it suitable for the whole family.
• Merchandise: Participants registered by April 1, 2024, receive a t-shirt and a gift from OWBC.

Post-Race Activities

• Fellowship: After the event, enjoy a meal with friends and family.
• Support: All proceeds support Ohio Wilderness Boys Camp's mission.
• Registration: On-site registration is available on Race Day from 7:15 – 8:30 am.
• Community Impact: Help us mentor boys while seeking new hope for troubled families.

• Community Spirit: Celebrate athleticism and fellowship at the conclusion of the race.
