Event Details

• Date: 2026-11-26
• Location: 160 Main Street, Tazewell, VA
• Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Format: 5K run or walk

Who Can Participate

• All levels: We welcome participants of all experience levels and ages!
• Furry friends: Furry friends on a leash are welcome, too!
• Stroller-friendly: We are also stroller friendly.
• Charity focus: A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our local food pantry.

Food Donation

If you are able, please bring a non-perishable food donation for our local food pantry, A Child Shall Lead Them. We will give out an award for the largest amount of food donated!

Award Ceremony

Award ceremony will start at approximately 9:50. We’ll have awards for the:

• Overall winners: Male and Female First Place Overall winners
• Age group winners: Age group first place winners (M&F), Age groups: 0-12, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up
• Best costumes: Runners in the best costumes - We will have 2 $25 gift cards to give away to a local restaurant
• Fastest entries: Fastest Dog, Fastest Stroller
• Most food donated: Most Food donated!
