📅 Event Details

• Date: 2025-10-11
• Location: P.O. Box 480, Pittsburg, KS
• Start/Finish: Pittsburg State University, in front of Weede Gymnasium
• Timing: Chip timed by Runaround Racing

🎓 Purpose

All proceeds from the Gorilla Grind 5K provide scholarships to local high school students entering Pittsburg State University. A scholarship is also awarded to a student entering PSU Army ROTC. Pittsburg Noon Rotary works hard to put on an exceptional event!

👕 Registration Information

• Deadline: Runners must register online by September 29th to receive a shirt
• Packet Pickup: Starts at 6:00am in the entryway of Weede Gymnasium
• Instructions: Last minute instructions at 6:50am
• Race Start: Race starts promptly at 7:00am

🏆 Awards

Age group awards will be given for the following categories:

• Overall Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• Overall Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 14 and under Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 14 and under Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• 15-19 Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 15-19 Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 20-29 Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 20-29 Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• 30-39 Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 30-39 Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 40-49 Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 40-49 Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• 50-59 Male: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
