Race Overview

Run the Vineyards returns for the 8th annual 5K at Running Hare Vineyard - a beautiful gem in Maryland that welcomes runners and walkers to enjoy the beautifully landscaped property and delicious handcrafted wines. One of the most popular and relaxing Run the Vineyards destinations!

Race Features

• Chip-timed Race: 5K Race starts at 9 AM.
• Race Shirt: Custom High Quality Race Shirt. Women's, Adult/men's and youth tees, or Women's Racerback Tanks for $5 extra. Register by April 19 to guarantee first choice.
• Finishers Wine: A Glass of Running Hare Wine for all finishers (Additional wine available for purchase).
• Stemless Wine Glass: Run the Vineyards Stemless Wine Glass included for all finishers.

Additional Perks

• Souvenir Medals: Available for $8 during registration or $10 on race day.
• Live Music: Live Musician performs immediately post-race from 9:45am - noon.
• Food Options: Food Truck at after-party with delicious options available.
• Awards: Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Female & Male Winners (various age categories).

Event Details

• Photography: Free Downloadable Race Photos. Professional Photographer on staff.
• Participation: All ages and walkers welcome. Registration required to participate. Spectators welcome.
• Packet Pick-Up: On Race Day @ 7:30 - 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent.
• Rain or Shine: Race is rain or shine. No transfers or refunds. No strollers or dogs allowed on course.
