Personal Journey
On November 15, 2023, everything changed. A freak accident while playing with my daughter left me with a burst fracture at my C6 vertebra… and a diagnosis of quadriplegia. In a moment, life as I knew it was gone. What followed was months of relentless rehabilitation—physical, mental, and spiritual.
Race Evolution
- First Year: We didn’t know what to expect: running into the Thunderbowl with 300+
- Year 2: A flyover during America the Beautiful: 500+ people at the starting line.
- Community Impact: A community that showed up in a way I could have never imagined.
- Celebration: Walking, running, rolling together: a belief that everyone deserves a place at the starting line.
Mission Support
- Dr. Raul Singh Nursing Scholarship: Investing in the next generation of caregivers at CSU Pueblo.
- Spinal Cord Injury Research: Advancing recovery and innovation at Craig Hospital.
- Adaptive Equipment: Helping disabled veterans keep moving forward through partnership with Mount Carmel Veterans Service Center.
- Total Raised: $75,000+ in support of recovery, accessibility, and community impact.
