HOPE Family Care Center is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit clinic providing free medical, dental, and counseling services to uninsured, underinsured, and medically underserved patients from Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, Boone, and surrounding counties. For 20 years, HOPE has been in the RACE for Better Health in our Community.
