Winnetka Turkey Trot 2024

🎉 Welcome to the Annual Winnetka Turkey Trot 2024

The Annual Winnetka Turkey Trot is Thanksgiving morning! The Race will sell out. It is a Rolling Start so that everyone has space to trot! The Speedy at 8:00am, 8:30am & Family Division at 9:00 am.

📍 Race Location

The course starts and finishes on the Green Bay trail at WINNETKA TRAIN STATION THIS YEAR located at 754 Elm Street 60093.

Our charity is the Wings Organization for women and children.

📅 Race Schedule

• Packet Pickup Required: Everyone is required to pick up packets. Friends can pick up friends' packets.
• Large Groups: If you need your packets on the 26th or 27th, email Colleen and we'll have them for you in a bag at the store. No Race Day pickup.
• Packet Pickup Location: Road Runner Sports, 3232 Lake Avenue, Wilmette, IL 60091.

🕒 Key Dates

• SUNDAY, NOV 24: 10:15 AM – 4:00 PM – Packet Pickup at Road Runner Sports.
• WEDNESDAY, NOV 27: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Packet Pickup at Road Runner Sports.
• THURSDAY, NOV 28: 7:15 AM Race Day Registration - Cash or Check only: Carpe Diem Races. Shirts not guaranteed on Race day.
• Race Start Times: 8:00 AM for Fast Runners, 8:30 AM for 2nd Wave, and 9:00 AM for Family Division/Walkers.

🚫 Course Information

Note: Due to congestion on the course there will be no Water Station. Post race water will be at the finish line and up at the main building area.

No awards, but all kids receive a #1 medal.

💰 Registration Fees

• Kids: 18 years and younger flat rate $20.
• Adults: $25 thru September 5.
• Pricing: $30 thru Oct 5 - Nov 1, $35, $40 thru Race Day.

🚗 Logistics

• Race Location: On the Green Bay Trail at Winnetka Train Station, 754 Elm St, Winnetka, IL 60093.
• Post Race Food: Water, GoGo SqueeZ, and granola bars.
• Volunteer: Need various shifts: Course Marshal, Water Station, Packet Pickup on race day! Click Here.
• Weather: The event will go on rain, shine or snow and no cancellations.

• Parking: Public lots and street parking available.
• Refunds: No refunds.
• Course Changes: Carpe Diem Races and Municipality have the right to change the course.
