JMH-Gatorade 5K/10K

🏃‍♂️ Race Information

The JMH 5K/10K, presented by Gatorade, is Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024. The JMH 5K/10K is the longest, consecutive running event in Jacksonville. 2024 is our 30th year.

🏅 Awards and Prizes

• The first 200 runners to cross the finish line receive a custom finishers medal.
• First, second, and third place awards are presented to males and females in 16 age categories.
• All paid runners receive a tech shirt, post-race refreshments, and a chance to win some great prizes.
• Registration deadline: noon, October 8, to guarantee a shirt.

🎽 Packet Pickup Information

• Springfield-area runners: Thursday, October 17, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Springfield Running Center.
• Jacksonville-area runners: Friday, October 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Main Lobby at JMH.
• Race day pickup: Saturday, October 19, from 7-7:50 a.m.

🐾 Event Rules and Details

• Headphones are strongly discouraged on the course for participant safety.
• Dogs are not allowed on the course or at the start/finish area.
• Both courses are USA Track and Field-certified and qualify for the SRRC Participation Series points.
• Parking available in various lots around the hospital. Follow parking signs.
