Run The Grove 5K by Primos Dallas

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Primos Dallas is hosting our 3rd Annual Run the Grove 5K on Saturday, April 18, 2026! Our mentoring program serves families in the southeast Dallas area of Pleasant Grove and we are excited to bring a certified 5K race with official timing to the neighborhood. We will also have a Fun Run course, and family friendly activities, including free food, music, and games.

🎓 Scholarship Fundraising

Join us to raise scholarship funds for high school and college students. Since 2018, Primos has awarded $80,000 in scholarships. We aim to alleviate the burden of post high school educational costs for first generation students.

🏅 5K Race Details

• Type: Timed and competitive
• Start Time: Begins at 8am

ALL 5K Participants will receive:

• T-shirt: a Run the Grove t-shirt (must register by April 1st to receive)
• Medal: a completion medal
• Meal: a free meal after the race (breakfast tacos and Mexican paleta)
• Refreshments: unlimited water and snacks
• Results: immediate race results
• Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to 1st place, 2nd, and 3rd in every age/sex category

• Dog Friendly: Dog friendly
• Stroller Friendly: Stroller friendly
• Timed: Not timed
• Start Time: Begins at 9:30am
