Running of the Elves 5k

🎽 Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, December 7th at 8am
• Location: Yuba Sutter Training Zone, 830 J Street, Marysville, CA
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit Jayden's Shoes
• Registration: Online registration closes December 6th at midnight

🗺️ Course Details

• Start Point: Starts in front of Yuba Sutter Training Zone
• Race Types: 5k and 10k events
• Race Day Registration: Begins at 7:15 am on race day
• Start Times: 10k at 8am, 5k at 8:05am

📅 Registration and Bib Pickup

• Online Registration: Closes Friday, December 6th at midnight
• Day of Registration: Available if online registration is missed
• Bib Pickup: Available December 6th after 12:00pm or on race day
• Save Money: Register early to save!

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers
• Divisions: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & older
• Celebration: Acknowledge the achievements of participants

❤️ About Jayden’s Shoes

• Foundation: Established in honor of Jayden A. Bird
• Tragic Loss: Jayden passed away in a car accident in September 2023
• Legacy: Aims to provide athletic shoes to youth athletes in need
• Inspiration: Jayden had a gentle soul and inspired many
